It depends On the client. Some roles are part-time (10–20 hours/week), while others are full-time
(40 hours/week).

Do you offer training or onboarding support?

While clients handle role-specific onboarding, our team provides onboarding guidance and continued support throughout your engagement through a monthly check-in system.

What equipment do I need to get started?

A reliable computer with a functioning webcam, stable internet, a headset, and a ring light. We will also support you with stipends to cover some of your work gear after you are placed with a client. Also, some clients will offer to provide you with a computer and other work gear, depending on the work needs.

Will I be working directly with the client?

Yes. You will communicate and collaborate directly with the client, our team supports you behind the scenes.

Do you help with career development or finding new opportunities?

Yes. We provide check-ins, performance feedback, and help place you in new roles as needed.

We pay all remote team members every month through Deel. Compensation is agreed upon upfront, with most roles offering a fixed monthly rate, plus the potential for performance-based bonuses. All payments are made in USD and are aligned with the terms outlined in the contract.
